Since taking ownership of The Old Mill Waterfront Cafe in early 2021, they’ve refreshed and renovated the cafe and its menu, combining fresh ideas with local feedback to create a vibrant casual dining experience. Nigel has been a chef for 34 years and is passionate about creating high-quality food and beverages.
